My Take on life

As an Ex-Armed Forces Officer for almost a decade, I’ve had the privilege of serving and leading in ways that have shaped who I am today. From my experiences, I’ve learned the value of perseverance, the power of dreaming big, and the importance of pushing boundaries—values I carry with me in everything I do.

Along my journey, I became a published author with three books to my name. My first book, Heels Boots n Casuals, a contemporary fiction, was published in May 2021. Following that, I published The Mughal Harem – Secrets Untold, a historical fiction that explored untold stories. I recently released my third book 'Married So What?, another contemporary fiction. Alongside my writing, I’ve ventured into the entrepreneurial world. I co-founded a platform to help home businesses grow and also launched Giggles, a kids’ indoor play area in Kolkata.

Both have been incredibly rewarding experiences that allowed me to help others while growing my own skillset. Throughout my journey, I’ve been fortunate to receive recognition for my work. In 2022, I was honored to be named Social Youth Icon by P&C Group in Kolkata, and just recently, in April 2023, I received the Woman Achiever award from Sharanaya Season 3. I’ve also been felicitated by the NKDA Business Club.

I have had the privilege to be a part of multiple interviews and podcasts that have truly shaped me into what I am today.

Giving back is always important to me. I’ve spent time teaching English to underprivileged children from 2019 to 2022. These experiences have been deeply fulfilling and have taught me how much we can all grow by supporting each other.

And through it all, I’m also a proud mom to a little tornado who keeps me grounded and inspired every single day! 🌪️
